Neighborhood Block Watch groups enable people to get more involved and help make their neighborhoods safe by serving as additional eyes and ears for the police and by sharing important information among neighbors. Neighborhood Block Watch Groups focus not only on reducing crime but also on helping neighbors connect with their communities and to get to know each other as well as their elected officials and police officers.
