Abbe Rd South Between Delaware Ave and Purdue Ave is blocked due to an Ohio Edison transmission pole that is broken. Northbound traffic will be able to pass through this zone. The intersection of Case and Abbe Rd South is also blocked. According to Ohio Edison line boss this closure is scheduled to last through tomorrow (4/22/2025) morning.
All traffic must take Baldwin Ave to Warren to Delaware Ave to get around the emergency equipment.
