The City of Elyria has announced another financial tool to assist local business owners and prospective owners with lowering costs of commercial space repair and upgrades. The Architectural Design Rendering Financial Support Program provides funding which can be used to design and prepare detailed drawings, estimates, and provide feasibility studies for commercial and multi-use buildings in the City of Elyria. Participants are eligible for one incentive per calendar year up to $10,000. Limited funds are available.
