Elyria, OH – The City of Elyria Parks and Recreation Board has unanimously waived youth fees for Elyria residents for programs running June 7 through December 31, 2021. The programs included in this decision are:
- Summer Tennis – Sessions 1 & 2
- Safety Town – Sessions 1,2 & 3
- Learn to Swim – Sessions 1,2, & 3
- Swim Team
- Open Swim*
- Fall Youth Soccer (including Leagues, Start Smart, & Squeaky Sneakers)
- Fall Youth Volleyball Open Gym
- Flag Football League
- Fall Tennis
- Fall Youth Volleyball League
- Learn to Skate – Session 1 only
- Open Skate*
Elyria residents that have registered and paid for the programs listed above will receive a refund from the department within the next ninety (90) days. Participants will receive refunds automatically through the RecDesk system and do not need to contact the department for their refund. Adult fees have been maintained.
