Effective Tuesday, April 23, 2024:
The last portion of the Lead Service line replacement project for W. River N and Columbus St. will be underway on Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
The permanent resurfacing will take place on W. River N, between 2nd St. and just north of W. Bridge St. The contractor will maintain traffic, however it will be stopped periodically due to the size of the equipment being used.
They will accommodate Emergency and buses.
Columbus St. will be closed to thru traffic, as well as no parking. Emergency & buses will be accommodated.
This is anticipated, weather dependent, for two days. Use an alternate route if possible, and please be alert and expect possible delays.
